My Wife after delivering my Baby boy has not returned

My wife after baby shower ceremony left for her father's home. After the delivery of the child - baby boy, my mother in law was behaving rudely for advising her against some rituals towards the child, this intensified and my wife joined her mother and sister , started abusing and mistreating me whenever i went to see my child, owing to this i stopped visiting their house . She once called police when requested her to allow for me and my parents to spend some time with the child , which created triggers and verbal exchange ensued between us. After some time we stopped all communications for things to cool down, and then we tried to contact my in laws and wife , but they dint respond to our calls or revert back. Now its been a year , my baby boy turned 1 year this June 15th 2021 ,I havent seen him , I long to see my son. how shall i proceed ?

File a custody case at least you will get visitation right along with that file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights in court asking your wife to join matrimony home. Feel free to consult me for further guidance if you need in this regard.
