My wife abandoned me and our 2.5 year old daughter and not responding

MY wife emotionally abused me when we were in Dubai. She abused me emotionally, financially and when complete gave up and i was depressed she callled cops on me to cover up her mistakes. as there was no mistake from my side cops did not arrest me and I could resign my job and by my family s help we 3 came back to India. Within 5 days my wife left and not responding now, she says, she has moved on. I need advice how to proceed. There is a bigger story i can explain later.

Dear Sir, It seems your wife is not interested to lead Marital life with you. Better file a Divorce case at this initial stage and see that it can happen. There are chances of your wife filing multiple cases. You have a defence of Divorce case if she files any other case.

first u need to Decide what you have to do like. Do you want diverse or you want to live with your Wife? After that, any advocate cab suggest you what to do. Also, we may require other details as what has happened. And what is the reason that she has left you etc
