My spouse lives in my residence, and she bluntly says that she doesn't want to keep any relationship with me. I therefore would like to expel her from my own property and from my residence. She is educated and self independent. She earns well. Need advice

Even though a wife earns well she has right to residence and she may claim a share in your property. She cannot be evicted from your property that easily. Depending on full set of facts you can proceed further with one or the legal action.

you cannot simply throw away your wife from your property as she has every right to share the household or to have the residential right of the husbands property only thing you can do it to file your divorce case against your wife and you can make some settlement regarding the future maintenance
