My sons education is in risk and my life is in danger without money

Hi,my husband left me and my son(7) for consecutive 2nd time and put an end to communication with me n my elders for more than 5 months. Hez denieying to support my sons education and not supporting me any further.i messaged him as a parents we should support but there's no one asking him and making him to understand as a father its his responsibility to give education.how should I convey him when there is no ways to communicate.iam helpless and doesn't want to rely on anyone.

okay I understand your questions so your husband left you and he is not take care of your son education and you also right so you will file a msintsinance case in court and get msuntaunance from him so where he is residing address us important to cout issue notice to your husband so you can give the mail and what's app also so thank you for asking questions

if you have information about his job , salary and property details, you can directly file a case for maintenance and get an order from court. he is bound to maintain both of you. otherwise court may order against him.
