how did prepare that mutual consent agreement with settlement of money. where apply this consent agreement. now opposite party out of court agreement. they are advocates advice the matter. this is correct? my son is apply the court divorce case filed. please my problem how did handled. thanking you. my mail id. the divorce proceedings will never affect the parent of litigants. I do not know how father is affected by the divorce proceedings of the son. very strange. Do not put like this situation online every Divorce process will be different
