My sister's in-law family not accept my sister and her child in last 6 months and don't take them back what action I can take against them please help me.

She can file police complaint. she can also file case in court for domestic violence against her husband and his other family members. she can seek maintenance from her husband for herself and her child.

she can file a court case, court may order the other party to provide appropriate accomodation and monthly maintenance charges to both mother and child. she can also file a police case. there are many remedies under law for woman and child rights protection.
