we would like to inform you that as per the law we you have right to approach any Court for any false allegations how to make a complaint before the police station for the same issues. we advise you to elaborate your question so that we can provide the legal remedy appropriately. Straight forward answer will be to file an FIR in the police station or go for a complaint case in the court. But before doing anything, must consider the consequences. If your sister is interested in continuing the relationship then filing a case will automatically leads towards end of relationship. So ask your sister. If she is interested, go to the DLSA (District Legal Services Authority) for help. Through pre mediation they will try to solve the issue and if they failed, you have other options to deal with them.
