My sister wants to file for Divorce.

Hello, our religion is Islam, my sister has been married for three years, the marriage relationship has been abusive, her husband has been abusing her for a long time now, she is working woman and now has decided to divorce her husband. Now I need help with sending a legal notice to her husband for divorce and to collect all the things which she owns and also her jewelries which was kept in the bank locker by her husband a week after the marriage.
