My sister is psychology troubled due to her marriage

It's for my elder sister. She has been married for six to seven months acc to Hindu. She did a love marriage and she is psychology disturbed due to it. It so happened that she loved this guy and wanted to get married, although everybody agreed to it, the boy asked for Dowry so my sister outrightly denied. The issue was dissolved. Later he agreed to marry her without dowry. They unanimously agreed on the fact that they both will shift to the same place once my sister finds a job n stability where the guy resides. My sister works n the only bread earner as our father is retired n have no other source of income . The guy wants my sister to leave her job, address him daily and also report every details of her salary. He threatened her to come and stay with him within a period of time otherwise he might do something worse. He says my sister is a psychopath and mentally tortures her to give money in the name of newlyweds for every festival. She is supposed to give gold and luxury items.
