My sister facing domestic violence and verbal abuse.

My married in 2007, from last few year her husband abusing mentally and physically.she controlled herself so many times but his not changed and he is not maintaining house expenses and rent including childrens school fees.she want separate from him how we proceed further.

hi your sister could file domestic violence case against harassement and if he is not looking after then maintenance case to maintain the family and their daily needa and that she coyld file for divorce also on grounds of cruelty
