My question is without trail or asking me anything the judge has ordered to give 50% of my salary as a monthly maintenance and the arrears money also for 3 years but in corona time there is no job for nearly 15 months i don't know why judge did that i think he is doing favour for my wife side because there lawyer is big and have lot of influence. I don't know what to do now in this situation.

Hi considering the impunged order as an interim one, allowing 50% of your salary as maintenance is something that deserves a challenge before a superior court. Although I don't know about your case, I suggest you to talk to your advocate and take this issue before the High Court concerned. If you can find a good advocate there are chances that the maintenance amount can be modified/ reduced. Alsi if thats an interim Maintenance order, whether you need to provide maintenance or not is a subject matter of trial and can be decided only after the final hearing in the trial court

today the supreme court us fixed parameters to fix the maintenance amount on such condition whatever the documents you produce to before the court regarding employment at the salary particularly you had given the affidavit for assass and liabilities on accepted amount and the liabilities you have in your affidavit the court conflict maintenance amount in your case you had said that that is no job in the Corona time and you are not said weather the order was passed before Core or after passed by the court you should follow the order of the court and you have also here chance to appeal the same before the High Court in such circumstances you should stay from the Superior Court otherwise you should go by the court order and the same will be content of the court if you will not be the order of the court

Dear sir, you can challenge the interim order in appeal citing the irregularities. you had to file required proof about your income to substantiate your case and also your wife's income. in appeal there are probabilities interim award would be modified.

Hii sir, if maintainance order before the family court and you are not in a position to give that money. You may prefare CRP petition before the Madras high court with the merit point which you have and you may get stay for the family court order
