My in-laws destroying my arrange marriage

My father-in-law not allowing my wife to talk with me. he take her phone. My in-laws threating and abusing my wife now she is in house arrest and wants to leave her parents. This is Because her sister and my brother got married with each other. And my sister in law has mental disorder my brother not accepting her. we don't know her condition before marriage. now her parents demanding that when we accept her mental daughter then they will allow my wife to go with me.Now they are asking for divorce with both. and asking for money they spent on marriage.

Dear client Currently, in this situation you may file an application under section 9 of the HMA for restitution of conjugal rights. Along with that you should also file an NCR to protect yourself and your family members from any false case or allegations that may be filed by your in laws. As per your statement, there is no any fault you and your wife. So, Lodge a complaint in your nearest police station against your father-in-law for forcefully restrain your wife at his home. Second, try to resolve your brother's matter with talking. If even also, matter not resolve file divorce case in court on the ground of insanity. Hope I resolved your query. Thanks
