Q: My in-laws destroying my arrange marriage

My father-in-law not allowing my wife to talk with me. he take her phone. My in-laws threating and abusing my wife now she is in house arrest and wants to leave her parents. This is Because her sister and my brother got married with each other. And my sister in law has mental disorder my brother not accepting her. we don't know her condition before marriage. now her parents demanding that when we accept her mental daughter then they will allow my wife to go with me.Now they are asking for divorce with both. and asking for money they spent on marriage.

As per your statement, there is no any fault you and your wife. So, Lodge a complaint in your nearest police station against your father-in-law for forcefully restrain your wife at his home.Second, try to resolve your brother's matter with talking. If your wife also ready for give you divorce, then take mutually consent divorce from the court.If your wife does not want give you divorce, then First, Lodge FIR in your nearest police station against your wife for doing cruelty and torturing on you and your parent. Second, file divorce case in court on the ground of cruelty and torturing with the all evidences and related documents of the case.But, First, try to resolve your matter through talking with each other and families of both of you.
