My in laws are greedy and they are highly demanded

My husband send to my parents house to take money for go for foreign country and my marriage time is over 9 year and many time they should be harrasment on me once I try to suicide because they demand for furniture and car and clothes. I have 8 years son he already with me. My husband does not give any money on my hand my parents always help me. I want to take divorce but in laws does not want to give any money. What can I do ?

Hello, as per the facts given by you, you can file complaints to police as well as before the court under DV act, under ,125 crpc, MAINTENANCE ACT,406,498, DOWRY ACT ETC against your husband and in-laws . it will help you to get divorce and permanent alimony from your husband and in-laws. be strong and fight for your rights.

Your husband has a responsibility to maintain you and your child. You can opt for alimony in divorce and seek maintenance for yourself and your child. There seem to be enough grounds for divorce and can move ahead with filing it.

there are many ways by which you can pressurize you are in laws as well as husband to give you money and also take divorce at the same time there are many sections and laws for the protection of women as well as for your monthly maintenance if legal health you can approach my law firm
