My husband when drinks he hits me and abuses me. File a divorce

My husband has a drinking habit. Whenever he drinks he abuse me and hit me. I am 7 months pregnant, still he hits me once he is drunk. I can't take it anymore. I want to take divorce and my child's custody. His parents also supports him only. They will never listen to me. Please suggest what could be done in this case.

As a advocate I suggest you first send a legal notice to your husband to change this behaviour if not so we will file a DVC case, divorce case and also maintainance case on your husband and your husband's parents ....he charges his character ...if he won't change then we will file these three case on them...

yes mam u can file a divorce for the grounds of domestic violence and mental cruelty against your husband on these grounds and clai divorce on these grounds under the marriage act hope this will be help ful.

hi you could file for doemstic violence case for mental and physical harassement and also for compensation and could file for divorce on grounds of mental anf physical cruelty in competent court amd district
