My husband wants divorce but I want to live with him.we have a son.

Hi ma'am My husband wants divorce...but I don't want to give..l would like to live with him..we have a 13 years old child...the reason my husband gives for divorce is I often fight with him..nagging..and spent his money lavishly...all the above are not completely true ma'am...ma'am please advise me.we both are Hindus.

As per Hindu Marriage Act, without your consent your husband can not divorced, so you get that opportunity. and secondly you can file Mental harresment in DV act , as well as a huge alumni, so automatically he postponed his divorce decision.

If you are already living with him then contest the suit as and when filed , otherwise file for a restitution of conjugal rights under the prevalent law for relief , you shall get your dues accordingly
