My husband wants divorce and i don't want, he is abusing me beating me and asking me to leave his house with my one year old daughter, he is not ready to taking responsibility of me, and his mother and sister abuses me torture me mentally and physically, he continuously threating my family that if I did not leave his house then he will kill me, he wants only separation and my mother in law and his sister instigates him against me, on 27 may he beats me so brutally that i had miscarriaged our 4 months baby, I don't have any job right now and he asking to leave home what should I do now , I already filed complaint against domestic violence in local police station but they did not took any action. Pls help me

hello am advocate your husband wants to file divorce and u don't want to be divorce and also you have a little minor chilhe ignore to you and yours baby and he threatened also so you have file a mentiionence case against your husband because of your baby is so Minor and you fair a finicial problem therefore u can file a mentiionence case

file domestic violance case in the court against them ... you can ask for separate room in same house you are living in... maintenance amount for you and your daughter, you can claim compensation from your husband and his relatives, and definitely ask for injunction order against all who are harassing you..... simultaneously you can initiate action for maintenance u/s 125 of CrPC... send copy of complaint given to Police to the Commissioner of police/ if you are living in rural then to SP. If they don't take action, file private complaint in the court for offence of 498 A , 504, 506, r/w 34 of Indian Penal code
