My husband threatens me to send back to my parents house

My husband took big amount from me. When i asked to return it , he threatens me to send back to my parents house. Can he?

okay I understand your question so your husband threan to you and send your parental house when you asked your money what he reciced tje montnfeom you right. so you will file it Domestixe coilancencasenor if you need your husband you save your marage you will file it R C R case at family court so do you need any further legal help contact me thank you

under what terms and condition your husband took that money from you and what he did with that money ? now if you are having doubt that he will not treat you well in future and also will not return the money and if you think that you are likely to get cheated of your money then you have to decide what is your priority. I can advise you accordingly..
