My husband suddenly send me divorce letter and not picking my call

Me and my husband got married in 2017 we have a 1 year old daughter .. in his father influence he never treat me like wife .. still I m trying to stay with him last November I came my mothers house with my daughter .. now few days back he told me to come Bareilly and discuss things but suddenly he sent a divorce notice without any discussion . I am trying to call him talk to him but he is not ready at all .. what to do if I want to go back

What are his contentions in the notice? You’d have to issue a response to that notice stating willingness to amicably have a talk and resolve things. Depending on what you are looking out of this, I could advice you further.

you can file restitution of conjugal rights case against him so that the divorce case and your case will run parallelly and you can file domestic violence case against your husband and there family members for harrasement they have done there if they compromise for withdrawal of case you can
