My Husband Serve Pettition With Wrong Alligation

Actually I got married by registry on 23 Rd of jan 2017, and held social marriage on 22 nd of may 2017. It was arranged marriage, before marriage I told my past affairs nd all to my husband. We started our journey, after 2 yrs 2019 Feb my father in law and mother in law came with us to stay and problem was create. They turn into my personal problem, my husband father touch my personal diary nd read my personal writing and create problems. My husband support them, he denying totally whatever I said before marriage. They stop talking with me. 19 th nov 2019 i leave that house till we are separated, now he filing case against me in court. I got pettition for divorce under cruelty. He charged wrong alligTion. I connected with a lawyer and she discussed with my husband for mutual divorce and withdraw the case . They was agreed. Now when the draft is ready they are not responding, specially his lawyer . And 7 th of June 2022 is my 1st hiring day. What I can do now?

have you filled case againest your husband and in-laws if not then definitely file the FIR first. what is you advocates response? if at the time of hearing your husband don't appear then you cane take adjournment on that day and take next date and till the next date you can try to communicate with you husband for now and also you can initiate other proceedings againest your husband.

what I have understood is that mutual divorce has been filed. now next date is fixed on 7th june 2022. but your husband n his family has stopped responding. right? if it is so, don't worry. wait till 7th june. if they don't appear file maintenance n domestic violence against your husband. they will contact you then for sure
