my husband sent notice section 13 1 (ia)

Sir/ madam,nWe got married in Nov 2020. After couple of months he was not happy in marriage life and I am busy with my job and got the job. He is not satisfying me sexually from beginning, he had ED issues. He behaves like a pyscho. After six moths I decided to be separated with him and I am leaving with my parents from last 1.8 years. Now my husband sent notice section 13 1 (ia). Shall I respond to notice that ED issue and ask him to go for impotent test in the court? please help me how to respond best way to get divorce and alimony from him

It is necessary to reply to the legal notice sent by your husband. Just confirm that it is legal notice from a lawyer, not a notice from the court. If you have strong grounds for erectile dysfunction against your husband it is a strong ground.

It’s important to make a mention about his animaslistic behaviour with u Also your husband has filed an application for divorce under the ground of cruelty There is no harm for u to state that your husband had the problem of ED and be subjected to test That way .

Hi, ED is entirely different from impotency. There may be different causative factors for both the problems... like physiological or psychological etc., Hence while giving reply to his legal notice you have to be very careful in countering his allegations. Because what you counter now is your defense for the whole of your life. Courts also use various experts opinions before considering your allegations of ED/impotency.
