My husband lied about his salary before marriage and aso promised me to take me to the US . I clearly told him I wanted to marry a NRI guy and he said he ll get onsite opportunity. They asked us to hurry up the mariag sayin we have to go together to US by last june so I married him on may 2022 till now i don't knw hus salary n he asks me money to move to the states n refuses to takke me if I don't pay. He has alot of debts before marriage itself which he didn't tel me , he even asked me for 1lac n stil didnt repay, verbally abusess along vit famil. he claims to be in dedepressio

if the marriage period is completed above 1 year then you can file divorce petition this is the mental cruelty caused to you by giving the false promise of your better marriage life and want only cheated you by personation and showing a different identity and in reality it is different it is completely a cheating case in the name of marriage you can file divorce petition at appropriate court

it is better to separate from him and file money recovery suit against him. if had not attended the case then get order for execution of the debit at the same civil court. all will get sucess after proper filing of the case.
