My husband is torturing me mentally and physically too.

I am married for 9 years now. I have an 8 year old daughter. My husband was good initially, until he started listening to my mother in law. He started torturing me physically and mentally too. I had trust in him until I saw him with our house maid. First time I forgave him for my daughter's sake. And things went smooth. Later he did it again in the new house we shifted to.
