my husband is owning a flat in b'lr which was purchased after 2yrs of marriage for which my father have helped by giving money now i have a 4yr old daughter/. my in-laws with my husband are trying to sell the flat by making me to shift in PG. husband is chronic alcohol addictive and abusive. how can i safeguard me and my daughters shelter of living kindly advise

I understand your question so your husband try to sell the property but you don't won't to sell the property right so you have a dout they will try to sell you will take a court injuction order not to sel the property so do you need any legal help contact me thank you

To prevent your husband from selling that house You have no other option but to fiIe a civil case of injunction against him asking the court direction to him to not to sell that house and also for an immediate stay order.
