My husband is not ready to give mutual divorce

We got married before 2 years and we are separate for more than 8 months... i have one year girl child now i not ready to live with him because physical abuse n he s not ready to care us...i m not ready to live with him bt i need mutual boz i can't spend much amount for divorcing him n i don't want to marry another guy...but now the problem is he gave me a legal notice to come n join to his home within 15 days...i m not ready to go n i m not ready to divorce him separately..i need only mutual...so wat reply i should give for this legal notice from my husband ?
Generally husbands are sending legal notice for reunion in order to avoid of giving maintenance..it is common..when you receive the notice, you have to send reply within 15 days from the date of the receipt of the notice..there are so many ways to get mutual divorce..which way will be fit to your situation can be decided on your facts..The primary thing is to reply the notice at this moment..
