you can file a case of domestic violence against your husband and you can also file an application of injunction restraining your husband from entering into second marriage, if your husband enters into second marriage without divorcing the first wife then can he prosecuted for bigamy punishable with imprisonment of 7 years. you can also claim maintenance from your husband

when your husband is in love with someone else. How to win back your spouse when he is in love with another person
.you should involve a third party mediator, counselor, therapist, or trusted church elder to help the two of you through this situation. Any one of these individuals can help put your situation into perspective and help shed light on deep rooted issues and/or concerns.
If you decide to try to save your marriage, immediately stop allowing your spouse to manipulate you in any way. Don’t make things easy for him or her. Slow things down and drag things out even if it makes them angry. Time is on your side, especially if you continually pray for God to intercede and bring trials and tribulations into the sinful relationship.

If you want to save marriage then you need to file an application in court seeking restitution of conjugal rights, which means that the court will ask him why he does not want to stay with you. He cannot get engaged to another woman while he is married to you. This is illegal and he can prosecuted for this.

Dear Madam,
you have a right to file a petition for Restitution of conjugal rights under section 9 of Hindu marriage Act. the court will order yoir husband to live with you or else his property shall be attached. Besides this you may file complaint against your husband under Domestic Violence Act. and you need not to worry, he may not take divorce from you unilaterally, unless you agree to give him divorce. you must contest the divorce if any, filed by your husband. The laws are more tilted in favour of women so need not to worry
