Sorry to know about your situation, you may file a complaint against your husband and in laws under protection of woman from domestic violence act. Tje complaint has to be filed before nearest magistrate. You may also file a complaint before...

u can file a case of adultery against your husband. u can also seek divorce from your husband on grounds of cruelty alongwith his paramour. u can file a domestic violence and dowry case against your husband as well

Well, you can merely grant a Divorce to your Hubby. Nothing more you can do it, whether he fucks with a one Woman or more than one Woman outside your Marital Relationship with her. As Adultery has become decriminalized today.
