Unfortunately the act of adulterous relationship is non punishable under the Indian laws. The only remedy available is to file divorce if you are aware that your husband is having extra marital affair or ask for maintenance and compensation.

at present there is no such law which punishes the spouse for having an extra marital affair however the law is settled that it can be a ground for divorce on the basis of adultery besides adultery is not punishable in India it is only a ground for divorce

Well legally, you cannot punish your Hubby for his Adultery. At the max, you can seek Divorce from him. You can seek Unilateral Divorce by proving before the concerned Family Court, that, your Hubby has been engaging physically with any other Woman other than you. You can seek Mutual Divorce in alternate if your Husband agrees.
