My husband is having affair with his lawyer

My husband's divorce lawyer harasses me in court, even kissing him in front of our children. Their calls after 9 pm force him onto speakerphone, escalating arguments that lead to violence. Suggest me what to do

what do you want to do you have some options legally to explore. is your case pending before any court regarding any issue. what kind of harassment you are facing in the court. give some more information to get a better knowing of the ongoing situation.

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can also file a petition under section 12 DV or section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

you need to file a complaint against your husband and the lawyer for assault. if you filed only divorce petition then you must also file domestic violence, the process is very simple to file the case in the court

you can file a 498 A case against your husband if you haven't filed it till now as you are still his legally wedded wife and he is doing mental cruelty on you by doing such actions deliberately. If you have evidence of this affair you can proceed in other sections too
