My husband is filing for divorce on grounds that I am mentally unstable.the thing is we are living seperate from my in-laws since last two months and my husband is a mummas boy.ow his parents are forcing him to come back and would remarry him.what to do in this case? He is putting false allegations on me.I don't want to divorce him but he is pressurizing me for mutual consent.
you did not mention why your husband is making such an allegation on you. your husband get divorce only mutual consent because mental disorder is very difficult to prove so, don't worry about the future relationship with your husband.
