My husband is cheating on me (Hindu law)

My husband is cheating on me since 1 year. I confronted him first and he asked me for a chance. I gave him a chance. He continued the affair again with the same divorcee girl. This time I involved both the families. He again asked for a chance in fornt of our families they also forced me to give him another chance having no option I gave him 2nd chance. I didn't trust him afterwards so I started keepung an eye on him, now I found that he is still in contact with the girl and has kept another phone in his office. Kindly advise how can I punish him legally? Note : my husband and the girls they live in 2 different countries they chat and video call each other and when he goes to his home country there they meet.

Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about the fact that your husband is in relationship with some other girl, and after giving 2 chances as you said is not trying to be loyal in your matrimonial relationship, therefore if you can collect some evidence of whatever it may be we can definitely take legal action against him, therefore kindly call me for the same and so that we can discuss about the circumstances and facts and accordingly we can proceed further.

My Response to your query: first you both can go for counselling. You can also point out this fact before your family again and trye to convence your husband as realise tham, future consequences will be distributed both family life. You can also intimate your husband that if he cauntinue with this behaviour you will have to go for Divorce. You husband definitely come back. You can also go for legal action. you have option to file police case us 498 a of IPC , but if u go for divorce then there might be chance of breakdown of your marriage. after reading your above story i feel that you want ti save your marriage and you don't want to break your marriage. in such case you if your husband doing the same act again an again , in such case you can threaten him to file police case or you want divorce.

You can file divorce petition on the ground of your husband's extra marital affairs with other girl. or you can also file Domestic violence case against husband. you collect evidence of his extra marital affairs.
