My husband is asking for Divorce

Hindu family. My husband has asked me for divorce when I went to his home to take my belongings he asked me to sign a paper stating that since we both are asking for Divorce my wife is taking my belongings it also state that he will give me my goods after divorce. I signed that documents and collected my all belongings except my goods which is with my husband. Now the obvious problem is I want my gold and my maintenance but don't want to spend money and time in filing case. Does mutual divorce also gives maintenance or can anything be done now?

Dear Questioner As per the law you have to face trail before court. Apart from this you can raise one time alumony from husband in maintenance case and plsce this facts on record befor the approoiate court.. Whevever be free then call for more legal aid.

Agar aapane Court mein yah mutual divorce ko apni sahmati di thi to aap Bina case kiye apni property Wapas Nahi le Sakte hai. Aur agar apne isko sahmati nahi di thi tab aap maintenance aur apni sampati dono ki mang court me kar sakte hai.
