My husband is applying for divorce

I had been married for three years. My husband want to give me divorce. I want to give divorce if he pays me life settlement I will give. But I don't want to vacate the house until my settlement or getting divorce. What should I do
then there's a applying diviorce contested at least one year separation required without separation he can't apply better don't vacate house then wr he Will send notice he can't send same address diviorce notice if he doing any problems then go to police station

You have to discuss with the concern person/authority to accept your stand/statement. Then take up to court. I want be able to answer here every thing. I suggest you to meet us in our office, then necessary arrangements can be made between you, your husband and court regarding your statement.

here you did not mention the grounds on which he seek divorce.
1. if u dont want give divorce then you may file RCR.
2. you have all rights to stay in the matrimonial home and ur husband can not evict you.
3. you may file maintaintenance and alimony case against him. you would be rewarded interim maintenance.
