My husband is a heavy drinker and he can't live without alcohol and he getting most of the health issues because of alcohol how can I get divorce from easily... Because he will never agree to do divorce he will gives false promises and he will told most of the lies how can I get divorce easily and my baby custody also? And their parents always blames to me only for his situation and my husband always Abuse me and his language also very volgur...Please help me how can I get easy divorce

hi if you want to file for divorce then you could file it in the concerned court and for custody also and if there is harassement then you could file petition for domestic violence and could obtain compensation
