My husband has illegal affair with his cousin's wife from before marri

I'm a Christian, I got married some person with acceptance of my both parents with chirstian marriage .i find one thing from before marriage he had been continued realtion with a women.for his younger brother marriage sake he got married me after his brother marraiage he left me. While using physical and mental abused. From last year 2021 February to till now I'm with my parents he's ain't taking me back to my in laws home.and don't want countinue realation with me. I had given him 5 laks dowry and 40,000 lanchanalu and gold ring. My in laws also support ing my husband.how can I get judgement. Just i stayed with him 40 days
hi you could file case for mental harassement and abuse to nearest police station and also under domestic violence act against your husband and your inlaws and you could also file an petition for maintenance and also for divorce
