Q: Husband ran away and it's been 2years didn't return

I am a workout woman and has 4yrs kid. It's been 7years i got married but my husband is Mom's boy. He is not working. Just showing he is talking care of his father office. From the day 1, my mother in law behaviour is very odd and every time she used to scold my parents still I didn't talk anything2years back we moved to other house (only my husband, me, son). Respected sir,nI’m married in December 2018 to a business man. Second day of my marriage I came to know my husband was cheater and fraud, having extra martial affairs since 2014 with a divorced women and he is not doing any job. He used to harass me with that women daily and threatened me to not tell to anyone. After 6 months I decided to divorce him so my parents went to them for talk but they used unparliamentary words and sent my parents.So we complained in local station but he bribed even there. Now my question is what step I need to take so that he will be punished and how can I get alimony as he is ready to give only 10 lakhs though he is having property in crores.
