Q: Received rule no 11 form 15- under cruelty

How can I get certificate under u/s 65b of evidence act. Also I have WhatsApp chats, audio recordings,emails of my spouse and her relatives .How can I prove to the court that the voice recordings and chats are belonging to the spouse and his relatives who were cruel to me.

Q: 498a case dowry prohibition and DVC case

Hi nMy wife filed. case on me under 498a dowry prohibition and DVC act by stating illegal relationships based on watsapp chat and screen shots and watsapp pdfdocument. Can Family court consider the watsapp chat as an evidence without mobile device to confirm illegal relationship.As per the new rule guidance from supreme court will thew atsapp chat be ignored.Please. suggest

Q: Husband ran away and it's been 2years didn't return

I am a workout woman and has 4yrs kid. It's been 7years i got married but my husband is Mom's boy. He is not working. Just showing he is talking care of his father office. From the day 1, my mother in law behaviour is very odd and every time she used to scold my parents still I didn't talk anything2years back we moved to other house (only my husband, me, son). We were together just 6 months and he ran away. Its been 2years he didn't return. nEvery 3-4months he messages and used to talk nonsense. I just waited for 2years still he didn't return. nnPlease advise what should I do

Q: How to proceed further to get better alimony

Respected sir,nI’m married in December 2018 to a business man. Second day of my marriage I came to know my husband was cheater and fraud, having extra martial affairs since 2014 with a divorced women and he is not doing any job. He used to harass me with that women daily and threatened me to not tell to anyone. After 6 months I decided to divorce him so my parents went to them for talk but they used unparliamentary words and sent my parents.So we complained in local station but he bribed even there. Now my question is what step I need to take so that he will be punished and how can I get alimony as he is ready to give only 10 lakhs though he is having property in crores.
