My husband has filed sec 340 crpc against me as due to the Difference in affidavit than actual statement. Like difference in salary, Difference in cases filed by me etc kindly suggest how to respond to the case

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if you have given any wrong affidavit for that you have to file a proper reply with the consultation of your lawyer and explanation from where that difference occurred which went wrong on your affidavit you have to be really cautious while giving the reply on affidavit for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

As you told that your husband has filed an application in the court under Section 340 CrPC and has given almost separate affidavits in the said case against your husband regarding the salary he is getting, then the court will first listen to his affidavit.
