My husband has departed me after fighting for me and is not willing to

I don't want to divorce him how should I go about it.My husband has deserted me and is not willing to go back.

If your husband’s behaviour is intolerable towards you but you don’t want to divorce him then you can always file a DV case against him and claim your monthly maintenance and lump some alimony as may be applicable.

hello mam as i can see your issue is seems to be an important issue for a married person as you are saying tht yout husban dhas deserted you and not willing to acept you again in this matter we need to move to court through which we can make him understand the importance if married life. if you are not willing to go for divorce then he can nit get divorve without your will do not worry .we xan help you in this matter.
