My Husband has cheated on me with men

I found evidence of my husband flirting with men online. I have proofs of him chatting about making out with men but not the evidence of him actually doing it. I have a one year old child. We never had proper sexual relationship since the beginning. I initiated always. Now we don't have any, for the past 5 months.
Can I get a divorce from him?

before divorce go through dv and mentanace because it will give you strong economical support and one more thing to file dv it's not compulsory to live with husband you can live with your parents and in DC compromise you can tack one time settlement amount and give divorce and at that time court will exempt 6 Mont period
