My husband Harassing me to give my salary
17-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband is harassing me to give my salary and show my bank statements.
He is not taking any responsibility of me and my son. He is not talking to me since two months,not taking care of basic needs. But He Fights to give my money.
Can I give a police complaint on him regarding this issue.
Please help me

demanding salary of wife is also dowry and as such you can give a complaint against your husband under 498a and sec 3 &4 of dowry prohibition act.
since your husband is not taking care of welfare and wellbeing of you and your son, you can claim maintenance for your son under section 125 cr.p.c also.
