My husband had an affair previous to my mrg and says doesn't want stay

My husband has married with a girl before my mrg,I found it with pics and complaint in station,but he said no he did not marry her and he said u are my wife but still he is not ready to live with me da stating no understanding,but I want to live with him ,but he is asking for tym so that it will be 1 yr of relationship since it's been just 9 months of marriage relationship, he is planning to give divorce after one year.if he does that what should I do to stay with him legally even if he applies for divorce Pls guide me

You cannot stop your husband from filing divorce petition. But you can contest it so that the divorce petition gets dismissed. During the course of the divorce case you and your husband may try to solve the issues amicably.

nearly by filing divorce petition in the court he will not get divorce but you should think whether you can continue your married life with him whether there is any children in future if there is any children then it will be very hard for you only if he gives a diverse than the children will be harder only for you so you with that person or not if you want to continue with that person for your right if you doesn't want to continue with the person better you go for null and void
