My husband got married without divorce me what can I do now

Hello I m neha jagtap wife of Sachin jagtap .. my husband got married without my knowledge and after his second marriage he lives me continue. Have been 1 year . Yesterday I got to know about his marriage.. that lady said to me that he didn't tell about u n his marriage and we got married by hindu riti rivaz means sat phere and all his 4 frnds also involved in this marriage although they know about me that he lives with me ... Nw what can I do.. my husband bought money from that lady

Your husband's second marriage is void and ineffective She is not legally wife of your husband, Although you have the right to file divorce on that ground if you want to get separate from him You may also file FIR against your husband for adultery
