My husband Got divorced 2 years back,

Initially agreed for monthly pay of 20k and school fees of 1.5 lac, now my financial condition is bad, can I file agin for the one time settlement or reduction of money .

Due to pandemic situation and change of circumstances you may again approach the Court and request the Court to direct your husband to enhance the monthly payments. A notice will be issued to your husband and then appropriate orders will be passed enhancing the monthly Maintenance and school fees.
