My husband filed for divorce , without a closure.

I had been married in the year 2022 , through Hindu marriage act and I had emotional abuse financial abuse too and many tantrum's from my MIL & Husband, one fortnight I had an argument with my husband with was out of control and isolated me in the room , I couldn't inform my parents and their relatives too and written in the diary that this man is abusing me for money like a suicide not couldn't dare to die , December 2022 &19th march , on 28april 2023 suffering from fever and came to my parents

hi first need to see the notice recevied by you from the court in the matter and that whether you had engaged an advocate in the matter and then you could defend the matter based on the facts and circumstances of the case
