Don't think you have no evidence to prove. Time will help you or evidence will come out from the time of taking oral evidence from husband. "the money what he give is very less for the education and daily livings for me and my two kids", What do you mean by this statement? Is it that you are staying separately and he is providing you maintainance? It is impossible to suggest any solution to any problem unless material facts are provided.

How is that the the divorce case is on fake reasons? You should have provided the facts; we cannot guess them. All that we can suggest is that it is for him to prove his allegations.

I do not understand what you really asked for.If you are against the divorce no body can force you for that.If you got the copy of the divorce petition from the opposite party you definitely appear before the court in person or through your lawyer. and ask your lawyer to file MAINTENANCE PETITION against your husband.
