My husband does not live or behave like husband but a complete enemy i.e. he will say no anything I say. He talk disrespectfully on minor home issues and blindly follows his sister's advice. They talk for hours in closed room discussing our marriage issues. Sister also guides inlaws on how to live when comes to any major or minor issue in home. y husband does not have any emotional bond with me which he has mentioned many times. we have a 9 months daugther. I need divorce as it is meaningless.

you can file divorce under section 13 of the hindu marriage act. Since you claim that marriage is no longer viable and meaningless and that you suffer some sort of agony in this marriage the divorce is the only remaining option .However if there is an iota of scope that marriage will survive you can bring the matters to the court and we will request the court for mediation

dear client, If your husband and in-laws are doing your harassment then you can definitely file a suit for divorce against your husband. But you are advised that you must file a petition for the maintenance for you and your child before divorce case for the financial security.
