my husband disown me with kid, no maintainance provided

- My husband (hindu) took loan on my name, I paid EMIs - My dad also contributed - Property registered in husband name - After construction, he kicked me & my daughter (4 yrs) out of house - he rented out property & takes rent - in laws abuse me, No maintenance given - He have applied for divorce - He gift deed the house to his younger brother What should I do? I have no money to hire lawyer. No father or brothers to support. Can go to that house & start living? what if they kick me out again

Dear Madam, You may contact the following authority and get free legal advocate to fight your cases. You are suppose to file a suit for declaration stating that you had paid all the amounts and EMI's as such the said house belongs to you.  Karnataka State Legal Services Authority, Nyaya Degula Building, First Floor, H. you need to file a case for maintenance for both of you. ask for cancellation of gift deed and to register it in your name as it was paid by you. you should contest the divorce case. you will get your right if contested.
