My Husband Continuesly Mentally Torchering Me

Hlo m married this year on 16 Feb 2020on 3 day of marriage my husband demand huge amount of money from me he is having loan of huge amount he and his father continuesly making pressure and olso demanding my salary as I m working in govt sector for saving relationship I agree to half my salary but my husband continuesly started torchering mentally by making allegations on me that why I was working with male staff why I m toking to my male boss why male staff come to our marriage and having their photograph in wedding album he continuesly making allegations on me now m fadded up this relationship want divorce can I get divorce from my husband before one year of marriage or its necessary to file divorce after one year of marriage and m staying with my parents from last 4 months....

hello client as i can read ur issue is really very disturbing as well as its very big crime to act like this as you have mentioned over here. in this matter i can assure you tht you will get divorce confirmed as well as your husband along sith your inlaws will getting punishment and will have to visit jail for there wrong doing . you will get freedom from this helarious life which you have see.

mam it will be better to file an compalint under sec 498a of ipc against yiur husband and his father so that they could get a good lesson and in mean time file a case for divorce on basis of cruelty and demand of dowry

It's never a necessity as per law that the couple should file for divorce after 1 year of the marriage only. if there is a reason, utmost essential that you are in danger or it is hampering you beyond the extend of being unbearable. you can seek divorce under the grounds mentioned under section 13(1) of Hindu marriage Act. In your case, the ground of cruelty will be made out. Apart from this, a dowry demand case can also be made out seeing the circumstances of your case.
