My husband cheated on me by hiding his impotence, his father told where they went for checkup & I've that recording..... What will be the court procedure in case of impotent husband and will court ask him for checkup & get medical report????

if your marriage has not consumated you can file for cancellation of marriage ( called nullity ) , this can be proceeded with immediately but should be within one year of marriage, after which you can file for divorce. Yes, if you do not have evidence of his impotence you can ask the court to send him for medical test to a specialist in a Government Hospital.

Dear Sir, You file a petition citing concealment of impotence and cruelty. The Court issues notice to your husband. If you press for medical examination, the Court can order it, since potency is a relevant fact for adjudication. The medical board (urologist/psychiatrist) submits a report to the Court. Based on evidence, the Court may declare the marriage null and void or grant divorce.
