If you are ready for mutual consent by your own will. Then you can claim permanent alimony amount from your husband. If you are not ready for mutual divorce then you can claim maintainance and shared house from your husband under Protection of women from domestic violence Act.It is the liability of husband to provide maintainence to wife.
